TWENTIETH CENTURY STD MEDIUM - Used on the Turk Off cover: "2010 COJUM DIP"
WEBLETTERER PRO BB BOLD ITALIC - Used on the disc art of the Andrew Hussie variant of ABA: "ANTHROPOMORPHIC BIBLE ASSAULT EP"

NOTES: 
The "www.cojumdip.com" text on the Cojum Dip sticker is Impact, but it is installed on basically every computer so I did not include it here.
The "EP" text on the Baby Bodur variant of ABA looks like any serif font, so I couldn't identify it. Venturis ADF Math, Orion Pro Roman, Lucida Bright Std Regular... have fun guessing which one was used.
The text on the Cojum Dip pdf is not a font, but handwritten by (most likely) Bora.
Most of the fonts aren't free, so use them responsibly.
